Our casting department with an area of 2,600 square meters includes smelting furnaces, homogenization furnaces, cooling cabins.

In the process stage, the feed preparation and harvesting processes in the homogenization furnace and cooling cabins and rechargeable carts are performed completely automatically. In casting, the processes are performed in the form of melting, alloying, degassing, refining, casting, length cutting, homogenization, cooling and packing.

Our facility has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of billets.

 

The billets produced in our facilities include diameters of 5, 6, 7 and 8 inches with a maximum length of 7000 mm and standard alloys 1050, 1350, 5083, 5754, 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082 and 6463. We also have the ability to produce alloys and dimensions requested by the customer.

In order to achieve the desired quality in our billets, spectral analysis and controls are performed on the spectrometer by sampling molten metal during alloying before casting and after casting.

After homogenization, shell thickness measurement, microstructure control, separation and granulation analysis are performed.
