Our production capabilities, product performance, are documented by the quality certifications we have received and customer audits. Our company, which has IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 quality management system certifications, performs and inspects its quality management processes with integrated management systems.
The production process of our new product is done by expert staff, and customer demands are thoroughly reviewed and evaluated. During the investment process to produce a new product, proposals are reviewed by the project team, which is specifically collected for the project, and needs such as investment plans, feature control, equipment and personnel are identified, and investments are made. The project is done.
Input inspection and process quality
Input quality control criteria are set, and controls are performed for raw materials used in the project phase that affect product and output. Control results are recorded through our software system. The use of raw materials without approval of input quality control in production is systematically prevented.
Traceability
Raw materials, auxiliaries and related operators are systematically monitored in all processes from production to transportation.
Anodized paint and electrostatic powder quality control laboratory
In our factory, the anodized and electrostatic dyeing process is performed according to Qualicoad and Qualanod specifications. Paint quality control is applied to all products used in the automotive industry, furniture industry, home appliances, construction industry and industry.
In our laboratory, the standards of vehicle quality management systems IATF 16949 are applied.
Our paint quality control laboratory has the capacity and experienced staff to meet international standards. Our laboratory processes have proven their competence with the documents they have received and the customer audit.

In our laboratory; In order to ensure the accuracy of the products and their quality control, more than 100 tests and analyzes are performed daily in the center of anodizing and powder paint.

In our laboratory, staff health is always a priority. Based on this, our work rules, protective equipment and laboratory environment conditions are established within the framework of OHS rules.
R&D laboratory
In-house R&D laboratory studies on topics such as grain structure of aluminum billets, micro hardness, production efficiency within TUBITAK projects.
